The official Autumn 2026 menu moves from oysters and chilled seafood to pasta, live-fire steaks, vegetables, and desserts.

The current menu includes Sydney Rock Oysters, Potted Crab, Tuna Crudo, Duck Liver Parfait, Rangers Valley Bavette, Westholme Wagyu Rump Cap, O'Connor Scotch Fillet, Paris Mash, Seasonal Fruit Tarte Tatin, and Dark Chocolate Souffle.

The shape is classic Grill: produce first, strong technique, and enough range for a quick table, a long dinner, or a shared celebration.
